We’re closely following the statistics and your feedback to make ranking up process as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. According to the recent research, new players find it difficult to play against experienced players and due to that, the rank limit for “Rookie Players” and ‘Professional Players” channels was rebalanced.

Starting from 10:00 UTC on 28.03.2018, the access to “Professional Players” channels will require Rank 20 and above.

All players that have not reached Rank 20 will be transferred to “Rookie Players”.

• Please bear in mind that Ranked Matches are not available for “Rookie Players”.
