- After the payment, the Crowns will appear in the "My Items" section of the website within two business days after the offer is off. Please note: it can take up to 24 hours for the counter of available Crowns to update.
- The articles bought on the Marketplace do not count for the offer.
- The promotion applies to the purchase of any items for Kredits in the in-game store.

Q: I have spent 2,000 Kredits, but the special page states that I will only get 10,000 Crowns back. Why?
A: According to the terms of the promotion, the maximum amount that will be returned to your gaming account in the framework of the offer is 10,000 Crowns.
