Tara is a former USMC sergeant. She is a professional bounty hunter and a freelance sniper. When she was very young, her family moved from Jamaica to the United States. Since childhood, she loved sports, weapons and was famous for her strong character. So, choosing a career was a decided matter for her. After basic training as a sniper, she went on her first assignment. And after that she began to gradually become disillusioned with the army, which turned out to be nothing like what she had imagined.
Tara dreamed of protecting the weak and unarmed, but combat missions did not fit in with these ideas. Sometimes soldiers even clashed with civilians who interfered. And vice versa, she was often ordered to let live notorious scoundrels whom Tara was ready to liquidate without pity. Moreover, they had to cooperate. The headstrong nature of Sergeant Stokes did not simplify mutual understanding. The crisis was only a matter of time.
During one of the operations in the Middle East, Tara disobeyed the order, eliminated a high-ranking militant, disrupted the combat mission and immediately deserted. The command tried in vain to find her. They heard about her again only a few years later. By this time, Tara had already become a fairly well-known bounty hunter. Among "colleagues" she is famous for scrupulously choosing her targets and trying to inflict minimal damage on the innocent.
